General Tiktok Campaign

  1.  This promotion is valid from 19 February to 19 March inclusive (the “Term”) – unless determined otherwise by Dar Al Arkan.
  2.  Dar Al Arkan shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason.
  3. This promotion is not available to Dar Al Arkan employees.
  4. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance to the laws of KSA.
  5. Dar Al Arkan shall have the right to terminate and / or amend the terms of this promotion campaign at its sole discretion without liability or responsibility to any customers, retailers or third parties.

Tiktok Campaign

  1. Dar Al Arkan will give away free three (3) gift Voucher booklets (“Vouchers”) to be used for the sole purpose of purchasing goods / products from Qasr Mall Stores exclusively, during the Term, for three (3) winning customers (“Winners”) who shall be eligible to win in accordance to clause (2) below.
  2. A winning customer shall be eligible for a onetime, single win throughout the term of this promotion campaign.
  3. Selection of Winners shall be done based on numbers of likes or shares all directly generated from TIKTOK platform system. The reward types are:
    • 1st Place: 50K gift vouchers booklet (20K as 500SAR – 20K as 1000SAR – 10K as 100 SAR)
    • 2nd Place: 30K gift vouchers booklet (10K as 500SAR – 10K as 1000SAR – 10K as 100 SAR)
    • 3rd Place: 10K gift vouchers booklet (2.5K as 500SAR – 3K as 1000SAR – 4.5K as 100 SAR)
    • 4th Place: 10K gift vouchers booklet (2.5K as 500SAR – 3K as 1000SAR – 4.5K as 100 SAR)
  4. Eligible Customers will receive a booklet prize voucher from Qasr Mall management offices. This voucher is a “Direct Redemption” thus must be redeemed directly at Qasr Mall.
  5. The maximum number of Winners shall be three (3) throughout the Term of this promotion campaign.
  6. The minimum purchase using the Vouchers shall be for the value of SAR 100 or more in each single visit/transaction at Qasr Mall Stores.
  7. Dar Al Arkan will not be responsible for lost or damaged vouchers and will not re-print lost or damaged vouchers.
  8. Terms and Conditions of the Vouchers will apply.
  9. Vouchers cannot be used partially; the value of the Vouchers should be spent in full.
  10. No cash return or refund will be applicate to purchases made by Winners using the Voucher purchases.
  11. The Vouchers can be used exclusively at Qasr Mall as long as the voucher is valid (voucher’s validity till December 31, 2020).
  12. No cash return for partial use of the Voucher will be given.
  13. The Voucher cannot be redeemed / returned / refunded / replaced / exchanged for cash.
  14. Vouchers may not be bartered against another service. All vouchers must be redeemed by 31 December 2020.

Tiktok Campaign Retailer Redemption of Vouchers

  1. Qasr Mall retailer will take the vouchers from winners against goods and / or products.
  2. Retailer should get the details of the winner that used the Voucher by making him / her sign on the receipt for the goods and / or products purchased using the Voucher. The signed receipt and the used Voucher will be presented to Qasr Mall management.
  3. Redemption of the voucher by retailer can only happen if terms 2 (above) is achieved.
  4. Qasr Mall shall pay the retailer by cash against the value of the Vouchers used.
  5. Dar Al Arkan will not be responsible for lost or damaged vouchers and will not re-print lost or damaged vouchers.
  6. Terms and Conditions of the Vouchers will apply.
  7. All vouchers must be redeemed by 31 December 2020.

General Provisions

The terms and conditions mentioned herein, along with any disputes or claims resulting from or related to these terms and conditions, in content or formulation; are subject to the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will be interpreted accordingly.

Dar Al Arkan or Qasr Mall are not responsible or labile for any use of fraudulent Vouchers or any use of the Vouchers in breach of aforementioned terms and conditions herein.
